A coffeehouse rooted in quality gets a signature look
After experiencing tremendous growth in just 10 years of franchising, Scooter’s needed to solidify a new brand identity — frozen yogurt included — with national presence and consistency. After creating and defining a new identity, including the interior of stores nationwide, I began developing franchisee materials — from National grand opening procedures and strategies to localized outdoor signage. I also directed the development of an online learning tool for employee training to help Scooter’s foster franchisee success and to continue new-store growth. I was instrumental in brand development and continued strategies, creative strategy through graphic development and copy, and marketing strategies on the National and localized level.
